Hunt Corporate Finance (HCF) is proud to announce that Altios Cloud Experts has been successfully sold to Riverdam. HCF advised the shareholder of Altios Cloud Experts during this transaction. From HCF, Arjen Paardekooper, Max Ferguson and Thomas Butt are involved in the deal.
With the acquisition of Altios Cloud Experts, Riverdam has currently created a fast-growing platform of regionally operating IT Managed Services Providers across four locations in the Netherlands: Emma Solutions ICT in Den Bosch, Office IT in Sneek, Xaris ICT in Wognum and Altios Cloud Experts in Apeldoorn.
