Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented full-time M&A Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. As an Associate, you will play a key role in executing transactions and supporting senior team members throughout the deal process. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional to advance their career in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mandates.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial modelling, valuation, and analysis of target companies, including comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and DCF/LBO modelling.
  • Due Diligence: Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, including the preparation of data rooms, review of financial statements, and analysis of key business drivers.
  • Deal Structuring: Assist in the structuring of transactions, including the preparation of term sheets, LOIs, and other transaction documentation.
  • Market Research: Conduct industry and market research to support transaction opportunities and business development efforts.
  • Client Interaction: Prepare and present materials for client meetings, including pitch books, information memoranda, and management presentations.
  • Project Management: Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple deals and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members and contribute to the development of junior analysts.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction services, or a related field, with a strong focus on M&A.
  • Education: Master’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques; excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information.
